As soon as you click "continue with order" your browser will go into secure mode. Data relating to your order and your personal and payment card details will pass to Protx in an encrypted format. As soon as you have finished ordering you will exit secure mode. We recommend that you do not communicate your payment card details to anyone, including us, by e-mail. We cannot be responsible for any losses you may incur in transmitting information to us by internet link or by e-mail. Any such loss shall not be borne either wholly or partly by us, and shall be entirely your responsibility. If you are still unsure about providing your card details through the secure mode, we would be pleased to take your card details in payment over the telephone or for you to forward a cheque for the full amount to us. In this event, we would require payment in full five working days before processing your order to allow your cheque to clear. Alternatively, payment may be made in full by cash transfer from your account to ours. If you wish to pay by this route, we would be pleased to provide our account details by e-mail. We bank with Barclays, if you do as well, then we can process your order 24 hours later. If you bank elsewhere, we will need to allow three working days for the completion of the transfer before processing your order. |
