Cost? In most cases, units and accessories will be delivered directly by the manufacturer who may make a charge for delivering to your home address. Such charges are indicated on the order payment page and will be confirmed with your order confirmation. Lead time? Delivery times vary from supplier to supplier. This may vary from 48 hours for stock items to two to four weeks for products made to order. We will confirm delivery times as part of the order confirmation. If any items you order are not available we will contact you by telephone or e-mail to discuss how you wish to proceed. All orders must be placed before 3.30pm to ensure they are processed on the day. Orders made after 3.30pm will be processed on the next working day. Delivery is available to all UK mainland addresses, subject to any restrictions applied by the supplier. Customers living in some remote rural areas should note direct delivery may not be available. We regret that we are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, Scottish islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, Jersey, Guernsey and BFPO addresses. After receiving your order, we will contact you by phone or e-mail to confirm a specific delivery date. Deliveries normally occur between 7am and 6pm. However, the exact timing of delivery cannot be specified. Working days are classified as Monday to Friday and exclude bank holidays All deliveries will be made direct to your door. Assistance will be needed for some deliveries, depending on size and weight. If you are not at home when your goods are delivered, a card may be left with instructions on how to reschedule the delivery at a convenient time. You may incur additional redelivery charges in this instance. It is therefore extremely important that someone is available to receive the goods on the date specified. We do not deliver items to multiple addresses Please leave a day-time telephone number so that we can contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date Depending on the complexity of your order, products may be supplied from more than one source. Goods may therefore be delivered separately on the same day or on different days. Exchanges And Refunds If your goods are incorrect, faulty or damaged on delivery we will arrange for an exchange of the product on the next convenient delivery date. This does not affect your statutory rights. If you have arranged for your goods to be installed by a contractor, you would be well advised to check your order is complete, correct and undamaged before the contractor commences work. How To Return Items? To return incorrect or damaged items, please call us on 01903 208807 and we will arrange for the goods to be collected. Lines are open 9am – 1pm and 2pm to 5pm weekdays and an answerphone service is available outside these hours. |
